I focus on enhancing what’s already there, to nurture confidence, through care, connection, and understanding.

With a background in medicine and a deep interest in psychology, I understand the powerful connection between how we look and feel. I value the role of movement, rest, therapy, and self love in overall wellbeing, and I bring that holistic mindset to every client interaction.
