Booking Terms of Use

By booking, you agree to the following:

• A £50 booking fee is required to secure your consultation.

• This fee is redeemable against the cost of any suitable treatment recommended at your consultation

• If you cancel with more than 5 days’ notice, we will refund your booking fee minus Stripe’s processing fee

• If you cancel with less than 5 days’ notice or do not attend, your booking fee will be forfeited.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed and your booking fee may be lost.

• Treatment will only go ahead after a full consultation and medical assessment. We may decline treatment if it is not safe or appropriate.
