Booking Terms of Use

By booking, you agree to the following:

• A £50 booking fee is required to secure your consultation.

• This fee is then credited/redeemable against the cost of any suitable treatment recommended at your consultation.

• If you cancel with more than 5 days’ notice, we will refund your booking fee minus Stripe’s processing fee.

• If you cancel with less than 5 days’ notice or do not attend, your booking fee will be forfeited.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed and your booking fee may be lost.

• Treatment will only go ahead after a full consultation and medical assessment. We may decline treatment if it is not safe or appropriate.

• Founding Patient Price-Hold (non-prescription treatments only)
  As a founding patient, the prices shown for non-prescription treatments at the time of your first paid appointment will be honoured for 12 months from that date.

• Refer & Share (non-prescription credit)
  Refer a friend and, once they complete their first paid consultation, you and your friend each receive £50 clinic credit to use toward non-prescription treatments. (Only one £50 referral credit may be redeemed per treatment)
