Booking Terms of Use

By booking, you agree to the following:

• A £25 consultation deposit will secure your appointment and is redeemable against treatment if you do choose to proceed.

  • If treatment is not suitable, or you decide not to go ahead, the deposit covers your consultation time and clinical assessment.

• Treatment will only go ahead after a full consultation and medical assessment. We may decline treatment if it is not safe or appropriate.

• Refer & Share

  • You and a friend receive £25 clinic credit to use towards future consultations and non-prescription services.

• Please give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule for a refund.
